About The Sonic Den

The Sonic Den Therapeutic Sound Bath events are hosted by Tommy Regan a former international recording/touring musician and current Schools Music Specialist for a local authority Education Department. In addition, Tommy has extended his skills and interest in sound having also trained to become a qualified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner and now offers Meditative Sound Bath sessions for groups, 1-2-1's, corporate and wellness events.
